Stephon and his team know what they're doing! We had 3 bathrooms fully redone a specific way, and Stephon and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. The team was exceptionally careful, clean, and considerate during the whole process. The project did take a couple days longer than intended, but the end result was just as we imagined. Some work we thought would be included in a bathroom renovation, such as door replacement help, was not included in the renovation and was an extra charge; but overall, everything turned out beautifully and now, 2 months later, everything is still as good as new. Would highly recommend this professional service.

We hired Stephon to replace the rotted staircase leading to our deck, and also to install an exhaust fan in our powder room. He’s very easy going, and all communication with him was prompt and comfortable. After I accepted the quote for my projects, Stephon’s crew started within a week. The stairs, which included pouring a new concrete landing, were done in two days. The bathroom project required dropping the ceiling by 3” and installing the fan, exhaust vent through an outside wall, new sheetrock, crown molding, caulk, and paint. They finished in a day and it came out beautifully. We’re very happy with the quality of work performed. The crew are detail oriented and take pride in their work. Excellent results. I recently had the pleasure of working with A-Preferred again and I am thrilled to share my positive review of their services. From start to finish, Stephon and his crew exceeded my expectations in every way. Over the years, A-Preferred has done major projects for me, including, bathroom, basement, and kitchen remodels. Roof, Siding, and Window replacements, and well as a large deck rebuild and expansion. First and foremost, the quality of their work was top-notch. They paid incredible attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standards. They also worked efficiently, finishing the project ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. We had a big family event that we needed our projected completed by, so it was a great surprise to have everything done and cleaned up weeks ahead of schedule! What impressed me most, however, was the level of communication and professionalism displayed by everyone in the crew. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the project, and kept me updated every step of the way. They also went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the finished product. Overall, I would highly recommend A-Preferred to anyone looking for high-quality work and exceptional service. They truly exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

The A-Preferred Contracting team was fantastic to work with! The crew was on time each day of the project and was very courteous and professional while working in our home. They finished the project half a day ahead of schedule, and did a solid job cleaning up the space and returning everything to how it was before.

Upon meet Stepon i knew he was gonna be the one to knock my garage down and give us the garage/master sweet we dreamed of. Not only was the work fantastic, anytime i called he didnt just answer. He showed up. That meant a lot to me. Would recommend to anyone looking to build. Will use in the future for future projects

We met Stephon word of mouth and had selected him based on fairness of price and honest communication on schedule for project. Our project was a stair rehabilitation project. His craftsmen Julio and company were professional, detail orientated with good communication on questions and desires for specific details for the project. I can’t say enough good things about A-Preferred. They have done multiple projects around our home over the years, most recently being our deck. It was a total knock-down, rebuild and expansion, and Stephon and his crew did an incredible job. We had a tight goal deadline for an upcoming event, and A-Preferred really delivered! They completed the project ahead of schedule, and the end result exceeded my expectations by far. Stephon is knowledgeable, honest, and offers fair pricing.
